To use AgentnowAI you must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and be able to form legally binding contracts. By creating an account you confirm that you meet eligibility requirements and will provide accurate information.

If you are under the minimum age in your area, you may use the platform only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian who can enter into these terms on your behalf.

You agree to use AgentnowAI services lawfully and not for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes, including activities that infringe the rights of others or violate export controls.

Access may be limited in certain countries due to legal, regulatory, or contractual restrictions. We may restrict or block accounts originating from jurisdictions where operation is prohibited.

Accounts and Access

Creating an account provides personalized access to course material, progress tracking, and communication features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and update it as necessary to keep your account accurate.

Keep your password secure. Notify AgentnowAI immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. We may suspend access to protect your account if suspicious activity is detected.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by AgentnowAI in writing. Sharing credentials with others is discouraged and may result in account suspension.

AgentnowAI may suspend or restrict access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other concerns affecting platform integrity. We will notify you when possible and provide instructions to resolve the issue.

Service Description

AgentnowAI delivers online courses, learning modules, assessments, and related resources to help individuals and teams build practical AI skills. Course availability, features, and formats may vary. We strive to keep content current but do not promise specific learning outcomes.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features and courses. Material changes to services will be communicated through the site or email with reasonable notice where feasible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We aim for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We will endeavor to minimize disruption and communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.

User Conduct Rules

When using AgentnowAI, you must follow these rules to ensure a safe, constructive learning environment for all participants.

• Do not submit harmful code or content intended to exploit systems or bypass safeguards.

• Provide accurate information and do not misrepresent your identity or credentials.
• Comply with any instructor or course-specific rules provided within course materials.
• Do not attempt to access restricted systems, accounts, or administrative areas of the platform.

User Content

You may post or submit content such as project code, forum posts, and feedback. By submitting content you represent that you have the rights to do so and that the content complies with these terms.

You retain ownership of your original user content. By sharing content on the platform, you grant AgentnowAI a limited license to use that content to provide and promote the service in accordance with these terms.

By submitting content you grant AgentnowAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute the content as necessary to operate and improve the platform and provide requested services.

You are responsible for your user content and for ensuring it does not violate laws or third-party rights. AgentnowAI is not responsible for user-generated content but may remove content that violates these terms.

AgentnowAI may remove or disable access to user content that breaches these terms or in response to valid legal requests. Users can request removal of their content and we will review and act in accordance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, branding, course materials, and software belong to AgentnowAI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted for personal learning under a limited, non-commercial license.

• Do not copy or redistribute course content outside the scope of licensed use.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse engineer platform code or content.
• Request permission from AgentnowAI for commercial use of our materials or for republishing content.

Paid Services and Billing

Certain courses, certificates, and premium features require payment. Paid services are subject to the terms below and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

Prices for paid services are listed on our site or in course-specific pages. Fees may include one-time charges, course fees, or subscription charges depending on the product selected.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You must provide valid payment information and authorize charges for the selected services. We store only the minimum payment information necessary and rely on PCI-compliant partners.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for timely cancellation of subscriptions to avoid unwanted renewal charges.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and described in course-specific terms. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support with details and we will review the request in light of course access and usage.

You may cancel paid services through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation affects future billing but may not reinstate previously revoked access to course materials.

Applicable taxes and duties may be added to prices where required. You are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

We may change prices for new subscriptions or enrollments. Existing paid subscriptions will be handled according to the terms in effect at the time of purchase unless notice is provided.

Failure to pay for paid services may result in suspension or termination of access until outstanding balances are resolved.

Disclaimer

Content provided by AgentnowAI is for educational purposes only. Course materials, examples, and exercises are intended to teach concepts and practical techniques but may not suit every individual’s specific circumstances. Results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and time contribute.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentnowAI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Third-party content, integrations, and tools are provided as-is. AgentnowAI is not responsible for third-party services or content and any disputes with those parties should be addressed directly with them.

Termination

Either party may terminate access for breach of these terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for inactivity, non-payment, or conduct that harms the community or platform security.

Upon termination, your access to course content and account features will end. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that AgentnowAI will collect and process personal data according to that policy to provide and improve the service.

Communications

By creating an account you consent to receive service-related communications. For marketing messages you will be offered the opportunity to opt out. Critical account notices cannot always be opted out of as they are necessary for service operation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when practical. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in British Columbia for disputes arising under these terms.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, parties may seek mediation or legal remedies in the courts specified in the governing law section.
